The project description is the removal & replacement of ~ 133,000 linear ft. (LF) of joint seal material & ~ 100 square feet of concrete spall repairs on the West Apron on JBSA-Randolph. Need to replace with silicone fuel resistant joint sealant. Repairing flight line markings removed during joint seal replacement and spall repairs. The apron work includes removal of the existing joint seal material, cleaning out the joints (free of dirt, debris, grass, weeds, etc.), concrete spall repair (includes the edges and middle of slabs), crack seal where required, and placement of new joint seal material in all slab joints. The approximate number of slabs included in the work area is 3,300. Not all slabs will require the same level of repair.
