Construction of Water Well No. 13 consists of drilling, completing, testing, and developing one (1) 26" by 20" water well approximately 1,980 feet deep. All bid-related questions shall be directed to Keith Powell (EEI) at kpowell@eeiweb.com or (832) 445-8631. The deadline to submit questions is 11:00 am on May 24, 2023. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $800 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter the time of completion as provided in Section 15 of the General Conditions
