This project consists of improvements to Remington Avenue and Kern Street from Smith Avenue to East Pinetree Blvd. These improvements include resurfacing, curb and gutter, roundabout construction, landscaping, storm water improvements, water main replacements, and sewer rehabilitation. A complete set of plans, specs, & bid documents may be viewed at the City Engineer's Office & obtained from Kimley-Horn Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount.
