Removal to a depth of 1.5 IN to avoid existing reinforcing steel and replacement concrete to correct slopes. Approximate 67 SF of full depth concrete removal near the leaking beam to correct water intrusion issues and replacement with new concrete and sealing of the area with penetrating concrete sealer. Beam repair will include shoring to support structural elements during replacement.
