Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Platte City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of July 31,2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of August and will be completed by end of this year** Contractor will design, furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete sitework and construct a 20' x 30' timber framed pavilion structure with shed roof, steel support columns powder coated black and metal roofing on a concrete pad and in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code. Performance and payment bonds are required for all projects with costs exceeding $50,000. City anticipates June contract award. Work must be completed by December 31, 2023. Notice to proceed date to be mutually agreed upon following contract award. Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of project start date contained in the notice to proceed. City shall consider weather day requests. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof, and to waive irregularities therein.
