Springville City Incorporated will accept bids for the Electrical Maintenance and Repair Service (5 Year Contract) project according to specifications provided in this bid contract, as described in general as the electrical maintenance and repair of Springville City's VFD's, pumps, pump control panels, radios, PLC, scada controls, and any other additional electrical devices within the City's Public Works department. The sealed bids will be opened by the Public Works department at Springville City Hall, 110 South Main Street on Wednesday, June 7 at 2:00 pm. The OWNER will then make the decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Wednesday, June 21 2023. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of work, etc. may be discussed. The pre-bid conference WILL NOT include a site visit. The electrical maintenance and repair of Springville City's VFD's, pump, pump control panels, radios, PLC, scada controls, and other additional electrical devices within the Public Works department.
