The City of St. Marys, GA will be receiving sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from consultants to provide Program Management Services for Various Capital Improvement Projects. The Selection process will be Qualifications Based Selection in compliance with The Brooks Act: Federal Government Selection of Architects and Engineers Public Law 92-582. The City is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture, or team to provide technical, professional, and other services for various capital improvement projects within the City. Under the guidance of the City Manager, or his designee, the consultant will assist with capital program management, project management, grant management, plan reviews, inspection services, and other duties as outlined in this Request for Qualifications. Projects could include items such as roadway, drainage, alternative transportation, water distribution, sewage collection and conveyance, water/sewer plant upgrade/construction, and other similar type infrastructure necessary for the successful completion of the overall projects. This does NOT include project design services, however, selected consultant will play an integral role in project development and monitor the design engineers of the capital projects. Funding for design and/or construction of the improvements may be provided by local, state, and/or federal funds. Therefore, firms or teams will be required to comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. Consultants must show evidence of prequalification with the Georgia Department of Transportation in the appropriate classification areas.
