Asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Kansas, Illinois. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the following: Kansas High School Asbestos Abatement - Provide all material, labor, and equipment to remove and dispose of asbestos containing pipe insulation and tank insulation in a mechanical room of the High School. Plan deposits will be refunded in full upon the return of the Bid Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the bid opening, i he deposits of Contractors who do not submit a bona fide bid or do not return the Bid Documents within ten (10) days after the bid opening will not be refunded. Contractor and Subcontractors shall include in bids, the cost for the current prevailing wage.The Contractor shall ensure that any Subcontractors shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Other pertinent information applicable to the form of the Bid, the manner of its submission, and the documents which must accompany it are included in the Specifications and other Contract Documents.
