Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kansas, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work also includes installation of new membrane roofing system, fascia, coping, lashing, counterflashing, gutters, downspouts, treated wood blocking, and all associated work. Bids received after the time and date listed will be returned un-opened (at Owner's discretion). 2. Bid security payable to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the total Bid, shall be executed by the Bidder in the form of certified check, bank draft, or acceptable surety. 3. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Payment and Performance Bond. Contractor must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with Illinois Wages of Employees of Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Wages printed in the Project Manual are for the month of bidding only. Certified Payroll is required to be submitted with all Pay Applications. Successful bidders will be required to perform and provide criminal background checks on all contractors, subcontractors and their employees, agents, or assigns that will be employed on this project prior to commencement of work, at the Contractor's expense. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
