CR Number:2098461 The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment for the Cook Chill Psychiatric Center located at 145 Old Orangeburg Rd., Orangeburg, NY 10962. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB). Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2029 Questions answered during the conference or site visit will not be considered official responses. All questions must be submitted in writing by the bidder. All eligible bidders will receive an email containing the official responses to all questions received by the due date.
