Renovation of a military facility in Scotia, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required to replace two automatic doors at building 2A / Stratton ANGB, Scotia, NY IAW the attached SOW, dated 6 May 2023. Please note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Wage Determination NY20230002, dated 24 Feb 2023 is applicable. Please reference section 00100 Bidding Schedule / Instruction to Bidders in the attahced solication for submission requirements and evaluation criteria. This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 238350, Finish Carpentry Contractors. The Small Business size standard is $19M. IAW FAR 36.204(b) the magnitude of this project is betw een $25K and $100K. A Performance bond is not required, how ever, a Payment Bond may be required IAW FAR 28.102-1(b)(1)(i) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
