Water service connections are located in the City of Newton and in Catawba County. The USEPA's revised Lead and Copper rule will significantly impact the City of Newton's utility operations. City of Newton seeks a consultant to assist with the development and implementation of a compliance program for the revised USEPA Lead and Copper rule.
