Reference Number 0000321117 Question Acceptance Deadline 06/14/2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Town of Berthoud is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of landscape improvements at the new CDOT I-25 and Highway 56 interchange at both the East and West Roundabouts. These improvements will include various elements such as demolition, earth moving, electrical/lighting, irrigation taps and meters, sculptures base foundations and setting art installations (to be built and delivered by others), signage, rock work (excluding sculpture stones), landscape plantings, and irrigation. The objective of this project is to create visually appealing roundabout entry features that showcase the unique identity of the Town of Berthoud. **Note that the contract includes 1 year of maintenance and warranty on landscape plantings. Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than December 30, 2023. The Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the OWNER. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. All RFI's to be submitted by Wednesday, June 14th at 12:00 p.m. Addendum to RFI's will be posted Thursday, June 15th by 3:00 p.m. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required
