Vendor Registry [tel844-802-9202]844-802-9202 (toll-free) cservice@vendorregistry.com The City of East Ridge is accepting bids from seal-coating contractors for the cleaning and sealcoating of the parking lots around the East Ridge City Hall and Community Center (front of the building) comprising approximately 69,800 square feet. The following specifications represent the scope of work to be completed and represent the minimum standards accepted for this work: o Trim Edges- Over hanging grass off edges to be trimmed. o Cleaning- Clean surfaces with wire broom and blowers (as needed) to assure sealer adheres properly. All grease and oil spots are to be treated with oil spot primer. o Hot Crack Repair- Vegetation will be stripped from cracks. Cracks to be repaired and sealed with hot rubberized crack filler. o Trim Work- Detailed edge brushing to prevent over spray. o Sealing- Lots to be coated with two (2) coats of sealer with latex and sand additives. o No striping to be done.
