Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rainier, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project consists of constructing four pickleball courts, and two additive schedules to provide repair, repaint, and fence the existing basketball court located north of State Route 507 between Idaho Street and Myers Street SE in the City of Rainier. The Work shall be substantially complete within 50 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Rainier, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Rainier" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Rainier, Washington and Thurston Regional Planning Council. The City of Rainier expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. Engineer's Estimate $380,000 (Base Bid) Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer
