This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Water Security Agency ("WSA") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Gardiner Dam Tunnel 4 Upstream Conduit Inspection, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province's water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels. The project objective is to conduct underwater condition assessment of the upstream portion of Tunnel 4 at Gardiner Dam. The assessments will determine the condition of the structures to ensure that the facilities are operating and maintained in a safe and reliable manner. The condition assessment will include inspection of the underwater structures requiring combined use of a dive team and remotely operated vehicles ("ROV").
