The RM of Coteau No. 255 invites tenders on the loading, hauling, and spreading of road gravel for 2025. Approx 15,000 cubic yards of crushed road gravel needs to be applied to municipal roads. The job must begin as soon as road bans are removed and be completed by June 30, 2025. Pit location: NE-15-26-07-W3 Please provide the following: price per yard per mile of haul loading charge any and all other charges if applicable please explain how you charge is there a minimum haul charge, is every turn counted as one mile, etc. Please provide a list of trucks including their year, make, & model. Must have a minimum two trucks hauling. If you have not hauled gravel for the RM of Coteau in the past, please provide a minimum of two RM's that you have recently hauled gravel for as references. Council reserves the right to cancel the tender if not completed by the deadline and hire another contractor. Tenders must include proof of minimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM of Coteau No. 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
