The RM of Coteau No 255 invites tenders on the crushing of road gravel for 2025. Approximately 20,000 cubic yards of road gravel needs to be crushed and stockpiled by May 15, 2025. Pit location: NE-15-26-07-W3 Please provide the following: price per cubic yard of crushed road gravel price per cubic yard of reject (screened) gravel price per hour for any required stripping price on any and all other costs The gravel crush will be a 108 standard road gravel. Council reserves the right to cancel the tender if not completed by the deadline and hire another contractor. Tenders must include proof of minimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. The finished piles will be measured and payment will be based on that measurement. Payment will be made at the first Council meeting following the measurement of the piles. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM of Coteau No. 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
