The RM of Coteau No. 255 invites tenders on the crushing of road gravel for 2024. Approximately 15,000 cubic yards of road gravel needs to be crushed and stockpiled by May 31,2024. The gravel crush will be a 108 standard road gravel. Council reserves the right to cancel the tender if not completed by the deadline and hire another contractor. If you have not crushed gravel for the RM ofCoteau in the past, please provide a minimum oftwo RM's that you have recently crushed gravel for as references. Tenders must include proofofminimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. The finished piles will be measured and payment will be based on that measurement. Payment will be made at the first Council meeting following the measurement ofthe piles. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM ofCoteau No. 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
