Water and Sewer Installation at Aviation Technology Park Phase 1 Go Virginia Per Capita Allocation Grant Contract No. 22-GOVA-08B At Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport Weyers Cave, Virginia Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for the above items. The successful bidder must comply with requirements set out in the contract documents including all Federally Required Contract Provisions including but not limited to the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Davis Bacon Requirements, Affirmative Action Requirements, Government wide Debarment and Suspension, Government wide Requirements for a Drug-free Workplace, and Non-Segregated Facilities Requirements. Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are open to the public at the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
