Provide Refuse Removal Services for Blue Ridge Community College The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified bidder to provide refuse pick-up and disposal service for Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) located at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486. This IFB should result in a one (1) year contract, with the option to renew up to four (4) successive one (1) year periods. The VCCS invites any qualified bidders to respond to this IFB by submitting a bid for such work, services, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Work Location: Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) located at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486 Contract Term: One (1) year with four (4) additional, optional one (1) year renewal periods. Contacting Any Other Representative of the VCCS or the College May Result in the Bid Being Deemed Non-responsive An award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Evaluation will be based on net prices. Unit prices, extensions and grand total must be shown. In case of arithmetic errors, the unit price will govern. If cash discount for prompt payment is offered, it must be clearly shown in the space provided. Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in making awards. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
