Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Telluride, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 19 ,2023 the project has been put on hold until 2024 . San Miguel County is seeking bids on the following parking lot seal and striping project: San Miguel Sheriff’s Office Ilium Valley, 684 CR 63L, Telluride, CO 81435|upper east lot Bidders are responsible for field verifying all measurements and quantities. Completion Date / Other Details All work must be completed by October 30th, 2023. Bidder must also meet the County’s insurance requirements prior to contract award. Send questions and bids via email to: Jennifer Dinsmore, jenniferd@sanmiguelsheriff.org, Sheriff’s Office Chief Administrative Officer. Deadline for questions is 3:00pm, Tuesday June 13, 2023. Project contracts will require San Miguel County Board of County Commissioner approval. The successful contractor will be notified once the bid is accepted and awarded. The County has the right to reject any and all bids.
