Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Telluride, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work is exclusively milling and paving and includes four locations within the Town of Telluride. With two locations optional, pending time and budget. All locations will require traffic control. A proposed construction schedule and traffic control plan will be provided to Public Works at a Pre-Construction Meeting. Work Item #1: West Colorado Avenue [Aspen Intersection to Fir]. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of West Colorado Avenue, cutting existing asphalt at each end, milling 3 inches of asphalt, and then placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58-28). All millings will be hauled to the bottom of Keystone Hill to the San Miguel County Shop for reuse by San Miguel County. Work Item #2: West Columbia Avenue [Townsend to Oak]. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of West Columbia Avenue, cutting existing asphalt at each end, milling 3 inches of asphalt, and then placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58-28). All millings will be hauled to the bottom of Keystone Hill to the San Miguel County Shop for reuse by San Miguel County. Work Item #3: 100 North Alder Street at East Colorado Avenue from valley pan to 30 feet north. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of 100 North Alder Street, cutting existing asphalt at the north end, milling 3 inches of asphalt, and then placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58-28). All millings will be hauled to the bottom of Keystone Hill to the San Miguel County Shop for reuse by San Miguel County. Work Item #4: Mahoney Roundabout Eastbound at West Colorado Avenue for 20 feet. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of the eastbound lane of West Colorado Avenue exiting the Mahoney roundabout heading east, cutting existing asphalt at the east end, milling 3 inches of asphalt, and then placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58-28). All millings will be hauled to the bottom of Keystone Hill to the San Miguel County Shop for reuse by San Miguel County. Work Item #5: OPTIONAL West Colorado Avenue [Fir Intersection to Pine Intersection]. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of West Colorado Avenue, cutting existing asphalt at each end, milling 3 inches of asphalt, and then placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58-28). All millings will be hauled to the bottom of Keystone Hill to the San Miguel County Shop for reuse by San Miguel County. Work Item #6: OPTIONAL West Galena Avenue [Fir Intersection to East Side of Alley]. This portion of the WORK involves for the full width of West Galena Avenue, removing chip and seal and hauling if off site, placing road base as needed to assure crown, and placing 3 inches of new asphalt (SX75 58- 28). Work Item #5 and Work Item #6 will be completed if budget and timing allow. All pipeline, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities that have been installed underground to furnish any of the following services or materials: electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, sewage and drainage removal, traffic or other control systems or water.
