Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
*As of July 31, 2024, project has been completed sometime last month. Description of Work: Replacing warehouse swamp cooler with package 20-ton A/C unit. Upgrade current warehouse A/C systems with packaged 15-ton, 4-ton, and 1-ton ductless split unit. Installation and upgrades to include new electrical work and modification to ducting. New warehouse systems will require integration into an existing Delta BMS for monitoring and controls Bid Bond: Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or surety bond for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid Substantial Completion: The successful Bidder who contracts with the TAA for the project will be required to achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work in accordance with the terms of the parties contract not later than 365 Calendar Days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the TAA. All requests for clarifications or substitutions shall be made in writing to the Engineer via email at rkunkel@kcmech.net. Answers will be provided via addendum to all bid set holders of record. The last day for questions will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023, and a final addendum, if necessary, will be issued on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
