Scope of work for this project includes all aspects of installation and maintenance of downtown lighting, downtown street tree lights and large-scale tree lighting, additional specialty holiday lighting, including but not limited to the following: 1) Installation 2) Quarterly maintenance (including replacement of strands as needed, bulb check/replacement, electrical box checks) 3) On-call response for maintenance (must be able to report out in 24 hours or less for emergency maintenance; must be able to report out in 48 hours or less for non-emergency maintenance) 4) Holiday installation will be finalized by If a Proposer has any questions regarding any part of this RFP, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from this RFP, the proposer shall submit a written request via email by 5:00 p.m. PST Thursday, June 1, 2023, addressed to Amy Newby, Parks and Recreation Director, at: anewby@cityofsancarlos.org. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. The City's responses to questions will be included in an Addendum to this RFP, if necessary, which will be issued and posted on the City's website on or before Monday, June 5, 2023.
