Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newport, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Village of Newport will receive sealed bids for the removal of the existing pavement, curbs, driveway aprons and sidewalks and replacement with new pavement, curbs, driveway aprons and sidewalks including new storm drainage structures and storm water piping as shown on the plans for this project. The location of this work is all of School Street between NYS Route 28 (AKA Main Street) and East Street,m approximately 500 feet). All checks shall be made out to the Village Clerk of the Village of Newport. The Village of Newport reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York. The Bid Bond or certified check shall be in an amount not less than 5%
