Break room will accomodate multiple microwaves, a dishwasher and refridgerator, and infrastructure for computer work stations. Restrooms will be ADA compliant; one will also have a shower for maintenance workers. Locker room will hold 10 lockers and a pedestal bench. Utility sink, emergency eye wash, and drinking fountain will be updated; a new mop sink will be placed outside restroom areas in place of the old ones inside existing restrooms.
