Reference Number 0000323474 The purpose of this RFP is for consultant(s) to provide professional consulting services to evaluate the City programs, services, activities, and facilities for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Proposed Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) on an on-call, as needed basis. The intent of this RFP is to consider firms for general ADA/PROWAG consultation services, which may range from a 1-hour consultation session over a phone call to conducting a City-wide Transition Plan. Minimum Qualifications: Proposer must have satisfactorily conducted asset and program evaluations and delivered complete data sets from asset evaluations and the finished transition plans for at least three (3) other communities of similar size and sprawl as Longmont, Colorado. Proposer must have satisfactorily conducted in-person and in-field trainings on the topics of the American’s with Disabilities Act and the Proposed Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines. Proposer must have served as a consultant for three (3) Capital Improvement Projects during the design phase from an accessibility, safety, and PROWAG/ADA compliance perspective.
