The Longmont Downtown Development Authority (LDDA) will provide working files in ai format. The signage will be completed in phases in the Downtown area. The vendor would provide all services to produce and install the signage. This service would also include meeting with LDDA and Public Works staff to finalize sign locations and getting locates before installation. The LDDA will provide additional information on certain signage to complete messaging. Event Note Highly Recommended Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk The City will host an Highly Recommended Pre-Bid Conference and site-walk and although the conference is optional attendance is HIGHLY Recommended. See below for the location: City Council Chambers 350 Kimbark Street Longmont, CO 80501 The purpose of this conference is to provide assistance to interested companies in the interpretation of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) or any terms and conditions contained herein.
