The facilities in question will include; Aqua Theatre (2500 sq ft), Barnfield Recreation Centre (27,373 sq ft), Brian OOrser Arena (29,830 sq ft ), City centre (77, 262 sq ft), Clayt French Park Washroom (700 sq ft), Couchiching Park Washroom (2,314 sq ft), Couchiching Park Pavilions (3,000 sq ft for two buildings), Couchiching Park Bandstand (375 sq ft), Couchiching Park Concession (2,314 sq ft), Couchiching Park Greenhouse (2,400 sq ft), Fire Hall#1 (19,000 sq ft), Municipal Operations Centre (15,880 sq ft), Municipal Operations Centre 2 Coveralls (7,500 sq ft combined), Municipal Operations Centre storage (3,200 sq ft), Municipal Operations Centre - Electrician Storage (1,200 sq ft), Municipal Operations Centre - cold storage (4,700 sq ft), Municipal Operations Centre - Sand Dome (11,310 sq ft), Moose Beach Washroom (1,100 sq ft, Orillia Opera House (22,135 sq ft), Orillia Public Library (47,000 sq ft). TIMELINE: The City of Orillia invites Proposals from experienced organizations to facilitate Facility Condition Assessments for the City of Orillia Building stock, to contribute to the implementation of the City of Orillia comprehensive Asset Management Plan. The outcome of these facility condition assessments is to understand asset condition and inform capital budget requests. Enquiries should be forwarded to the contact at the owner, prior to June 15 2023 at 2:00 PM ET. Further project schedules will be determined pending completion and approval of the assessments.
