Districtwide Security Film Project The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: o Council Rock School District, Districtwide, Security Film - DEI Project No.: 283082 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: o Application of protective ballistic film at main entrance doors with alternate bids for adjacent windows at administration area and for select cafeteria windows with large areas of glass. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed as listed below. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only interpretations or clarifications issued by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral or other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 5.2 Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by Construction Manager, Owner or Engineer. 5.3 All questions must be submitted in writing as follows.
