We seek persons and firms to bid as subcontractors on the following project for the described scope of work on the Parcel A construction project. (1) Parcel A project is a 320,000 SF life science building. 6 stories with 1 Level of Subterranean parking. Located at Pier 70. (2) The general contractor is Truebeck Construction. (3) The scope of the subcontract is to provide the turnkey Misc. Metals / Steel and Metal Decking package for the project. LBE Goal: 17% (small and micro LBEs) or greater, per Workforce Development Plan. MBE/WBE/VBE 10% participation goal per Developer's Diversity Program. Plus, we seek to engage contracting teams reflecting City's diversity and participation of both businesses and residents from the City Parcel A at Pier 70 is a 320,000 Life Science Warm Shell Building, with 6 Stories above grade, and one parking level below grade. The floor to floor is ~15'.
