The City of Pasco, Washington (City) Department of Public Works - Engineering is requesting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide Materials Testing services for the I-182 & Broadmoor Boulevard Interchange project. The selected Firm shall be responsible for performing all tasks necessary to complete the work, including testing, inspecting, and documentation of materials according to proper applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Dustin Wittman, at wittmand@pasco-wa.gov, no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due. The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
