Renovation of a library in Fort Gaines, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
**As of August 18, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Clay County Public Library Renovation Work Replace all bathroom plumbing fixtures with new commercial quality fixtures. Provide new privacy sets for the restroom doors. Replace water fountain. Repaint all walls and wood trim on all walls except the Children's Area where murals exist. Clean and reseal brick pavers in lobby and on the front porch. Remove and replace all floor coverings in all areas except the restrooms. Replace the two entry doors leading into the lobby from the exterior.
