This Contract is for a Project to Install 58 Grinder Pump Stations, Associated Force Mains, and 30 Future Force Main Connection Stubs to Connect a Portion of Holloway Beach to the Northeast River Advanced (Nera) Wastewater Treatment Plant. This Project is Funded With Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds and is Subject to Federal Labor Standards Which Includes Davis-bacon Wage Rates, Baba Requirements and Section 3 Hiring Requirements. Section 3 Business Concerns as Well as Minority and Women Owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Apply. Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All questions shall be asked using the question & answer feature via online.
