This Project is Funded With Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds and is Subject to Federal Labor Standards Which Includes Davis-bacon Wage Rates, Baba Requirements and Section 3 Hiring Requirements. Section 3 Business Concerns as Well as Minority and Women Owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Apply.
