COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: RA TREE AND BUSH REMOVAL, FA254323R0013 This is an official request for quote (RFQ) combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested in response to solicitation FA254323R0013. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number FA445223R0013 shall be used to reference any written proposal provided under this RFP. The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $9.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the procurement of services to Remove Trees and Bushes as described in the Performance Work Statement. The schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below: CLIN Description Qty Unit Price 0001 Remove all interior trees and bushes within 1 JOB the Restricted Area (RA) IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS) Dated 23 May 2023. - Trees estimated to total 93 trees - Bushes estimated to total 20 bushes Description of the requirement: Amendment 0001 has resulted in the following changes: Attachment 2: Updated to "Performance Work Statement" dated 8 Sep 2023 Attachment 3: Addition of "Q&A Document dated 8 Sep 2023" Attachment 4: Addition of Wage Determination Document "SCA WD 15-5419" The description of the requirement is provided in attachment 2: Performance Work Statement dated 8 Sep 2023. Period of performance allotted to complete the requirement will be 120-days from the Date of Contract Award. Place of Performance: BUCKLEY SPACE FORCE BASE, CO FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jul 2021) applies to this acquisition. Invoices will be completed through WAWF.eb.mil The vendor agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of proposals, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. Pursuant to FAR 12.602, contract award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. Vendor's submissions will be evaluated based upon the following: Price Technical Acceptability Basis for Award Price will be evaluated to determine if it is fair and reasonable in accordance with FAR 13.106-3.
