Contract No. EX123 STPP 41-1(32)2 Replacement of two structurally deficient culverts with one State Furnished reinforced concrete box culvert at the Sixmile Creek drainage on the MT-141 Culvert - North of Avon project in Powell County. The road will be reconstructed across the culverts. In addition, signing, delineation, pavement markings, and revegetation will be included. The project is located approximately 3 miles north of Avon, from RP 3.0 to 3.2. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises contract goals are 0.00% MT DOT - 205 - MT-141 Culvert - North of Avon This contract is a calendar day contract. The work begins on the effective date stated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and all work is to be completed in 45 Calendar Days. Unusually severe weather is not considered as a delay cause. The NTP will be issued with an effective date of August 21, 2023.
