2023 Demolition of Residential Properties The Owner reserves the right to Add or Delete any items in any given order and to re-compare the bids as the basis of the Adjusted Total Price. The Contract, if awarded, will be for one single project. it shall be clearly noted that the Contractor shall be paid on the basis of the Unit Prices as submitted for the actual quantities furnished and installed. Time of Completion- All work under this Contract shall be completed not more than one hundred and twenty (120) consecutive calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the project within the specified one hundred and twenty (120)) consecutive calendar days shall result in the imposition of liquidated damages in the amount of three hundred fifty ($350.00) dollars per consecutive calendar days. Employment Verification - PA ACT 127 of 2012 - The Contractor shall provide written verification utilizing the Federal e-verify system that all employees of the Contractor and all sub-contractors are authorized to work
