Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Swissvale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work has been modified to reflect the Modifications to the Original Proposal Form and Scope of Work and Site Drawings. ALL said work shall be paid on the basis of the Lump Sum Prices as required to be submitted on the REVISED Proposal Form. REVISED Site Drawings are included herewith and shall replace the Site Drawings within the Bid Documents. 2024 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - PART I BOROUGH OF SWISSVALE REVISED Scope of Work Pages V 2, and V 5 - 8 are included herewith and shall replace those pages within the Scope of Work. A REVISED Proposal Form is included herewith and shall replace ANY OTHER Proposal Section in its entirety.
