Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Purchasing Agent, City of Norton Shores, 4814 Henry St, Norton Shores, MI 49441. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as 2023 FIRE HYDRANT PAINTING. The name and address of the bidder shall be visible on the outside of the envelope. Matt Anderson, Water and Sewer Superintendent of the Department of Public Works, will be the primary contact from the City of Norton Shores and can be contacted at 231-799-6804, or email at manderson@nortonshores.org. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to make partial awards in the best interest of the City.
