Hoffmaster State Park for the assessment, design, bidding, and construction administration of maintenance upgrades to the Gillette Visitor Center, replacement the Large Day-Use Beach House with new toilet building, and conversion of the Small Day-Use Beach House toilet/changing building into an open-air picnic pavilion. This request is to provide Phase 300 Schematic Design, Phase 400 Design Development, Phase 500 Final Design, Phase 600 Construction Administration/Office, and Phase 700 Construction Administration/Field Inspection Services. In addition, the Gillette Visitor Center will require a Phase 100 Study.
