Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The engineer’s Estimate is about $81,000. The work will include the placement of concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, restoration and other related work. Construction shall be in accordance with the Michigan Department of Transportation 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. The Contractor may begin the work once Notice to Proceed has been issued. All work must be complete by June 30, 2023, or 4 weeks after beginning the work, whichever is sooner. The Construction Contract for the placement of approximately 1,060 linear feet of concrete sidewalk within the City of Norton Shores along the east side of Grand Haven Road between North Gateway Boulevard and Mound Garfield Road. The work will include the placement of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, restoration and other related work. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required with each bid.
