We are seeking bids for landscaping services at the MCHA Office at 1125 Mitchell Court, Crystal Lake. The Contractor shall be responsible for weekly lawn mowing and weeding as needed. Scheduled fertilizing, spraying, pruning, edging, seeding, mulching, and other lawn care maintenance as specified by the McHenry County Housing Authority during the contract's life. It is understood that all materials and equipment needed to perform the services above are the sole responsibility of the contractor to purchase and maintain. All bids include items/labor necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of The McHenry County Housing Authority. Cleanup/disposal/removal of all debris from the work site is the responsibility of the bidding contractor in accordance with prevailing codes. All bidders must submit a Statement of Contractors Qualifications form with the bid. The successful bidder must be bonded and insured. A detailed list of the costs for weekly lawn mowing and specified maintenance items mentioned above. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Worker's Compensation Insurance will cover all employees and meet statutory limits in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. The coverage must also include the Employer's Liability with minimum limits of $100,000 for each incident.
