This contract consists of cleaning of the Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, WA; cleaning of the Human Services Buildings at 42 Elochoman Valley Road, Cathlamet, WA and other County buildings as more particularly described in the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written Building Service Maintenance Contract and to carry liability insurance and fidelity bond as described in the contract documents. This contract is for a Two (2) year period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2025 and may be extended as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. Wahkiakum County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder who demonstrates qualifications to do the work.
