Wahkiakum County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder who demonstrates qualifications to do the work The successful bidder will be required to execute a written Landscape Maintenance Contract and to carry liability insurance and fidelity bond as described in the contract documents. This contract is for a Two (2) year period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025, and may be extended as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. All bids shall be submitted by using the County three page Landscape Maintenance Proposal form, including bidder statement of qualifications. Bids not submitted in this manner will be rejected. This contract consists of land scape maintenance of the Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street Cathlamet, WA small area behind Hanigan Building Health and Human Services - 42 Elochoman Valley Road, Cathlamet, WA County Road Shop 1 - 73 Elochoman Valley Road, Cathlamet, WA 70 & 80 Division Street, Cathlamet, WA Vacant Lot at the intersection of Columbia and SR 4, Cathlamet, WA 25 River Street, Cathlamet, WA; Buffington Park - 785 SR 409, Cathlamet, WA; and KM Transfer Station - 2750 West SR-4, Skamokawa, WA.
