Cured in place pipe lining of sanitary and storm sewer. Bypass pumping. Service reconnection cutting. Pre and Post televising. Site Directions: Within the City of Carlton and within the City of Wrenshall Any questions regarding the project should be directed to the City Engineer, Trent Prigge, P.E. at 218-727-5995 or trent@nceduluth.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Scope- Major work items include: Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of sanitary and storm sewer within the Cities of Carlton and Wrenshall and bypass pumping during CIPP lining.
