Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Carlton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The Woodland Pines Apartment building is to receive several exterior improvements in this project. The apartment building is to be reroofed, this will include the sloped and flat roof areas. Gutter and downspouts will be added tot he sloped roof areas. The parking lot is being redesigned and regraded to accommodate stormwater management. Onsite stormwater will be collected in a newly created swale on the east property line and directed away from the Woodland Apartments via a ditch running parallel to Spruce Avenue to 3rd Street. A culvert will be added crossing Spruce Avenue.
