Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk who is soliciting proposals and assuring that MBE and WBE firms are used, when possible, for the City of Punta Gorda Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements 2022.Questions or clarifications can be emailed to EstimatingFtMyers@whartonsmith.com until June 20, 2022. Please list the project name in the subject line. Bidding documents are available for review at our Ft. Myers office. Please advise Wharton-Smith should your office require special accommodations with bonding or insurance. Bid packages available to bid on include roofing, doors & hardware, overhead doors, hollowcore, masonry, and vacuum priming system. All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view. WAIVER OF RIGHTS. Failure to post a question or request for clarification by the established date and time shall constitute a waiver of the Bidder's rights to protest the Solicitation Package, inclusive of addenda.
