The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Public Works Department - Engineering is soliciting a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the remodel and expansion for Martin Luther King Community Center located at 205 S. Wehe Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. The project will evaluate the needs and constraints of the existing facility in detail to design the remodel, programming, and expansion of the Martin Luther King Community Center. The selected Consultant shall provide services including, but not limited to: future needs assessment, schematic design, detailed design including preparation of plans, specifications & estimate (PS&E), development of bid documents, public outreach and stakeholder coordination, data gathering and condition assessment of existing facility and lead all associated permitting. The scope of work may also include, bid support, construction administration and inspection services, if deemed necessary by the City.

Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
