Renovation of a detention facility in Nome, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
If you received this solicitation from the State's "Online Public Notice" website, you must register with the Procurement Office listed on this document to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer. Individual with disability, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services and/or special modifications to submit a bit/proposal should contact the procurement section listed above or the TTD number (907) 465-3274, no later than 5 days prior to the submittal date to make necessary arrangements. This State funded project that will require the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and travel / lodging cost to remove and replace existing Anvil Mountain Correctional Center (AMCC) generator and switchgear. The intent of this contract is to replace generator and switchgear identified in the attached Engineering drawings sheet. The Engineer's Estimate is around $500,000 - $630,000 Question Deadline 06/30/2023 Questions pertaining to the project requirement and specifications should be in writing and received by the procurement officer.
